By entering the Roketto facility you agree that you understand and comply to the following terms and conditions and disclaimers.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website ("Website") and all Roketto Badminton centres operated by Roketto Pty Limited (roketto.com.au) (referred to below as "us" or "we") and also applies to any information provided by us on this Website, and any messages sent to or from us electronically ("Online Services"). BY USING THE SITE, AND/OR BY REGISTERING WITH US, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. We may vary these Terms at any time without notice. If you do not agree to any of the Terms, you must leave this Website and not use our Online Services.

This Website is provided to you 'as is'. We will endeavour to ensure that contents provided on this Website are accurate, complete and kept up-to-date and does not contain errors and omissions, however we do not warrant that, nor are we liable for the accuracy and suitability of information, contents, services, materials and products included on this Website and on linked websites. We do not take any responsibility for the accuracy or legal compliance of any content supplied to us by any third party, or contained on any third party website linked to the Online Services. Our provision of a link or reference to any third party website or advertisements does not constitute any form of endorsement, recommendation or approval from us unless stated otherwise. IMPORTANT NOTICE

Roketto Management overseeing the sports centre ensures the sport facilities are well maintained so that all users can enjoy their sport safely. Roketto will not be responsible for any personal injuries sustained by users as a result of playing the game or using any other fitness and exercise equipment at the Roketto Centre.

Fitness and exercise equipment include the weights and weight lifting equipment, cardio machines including running machines, stationary bicycles, elliptical machines, rowing machines and any other exercise equipment found in the Roketto centres.

Badminton and other physical activity such as the use of the gym and cardio equipment at Roketto is physically challenging and carries with it risks that we cannot entirely eliminate. These include the risk of personal injury, such as trauma of being hit with a racquet by another player, hit by the shuttlecock in the eye or other sensitive body parts, muscular injuries, broken bones, sprained or twisted ankles, feet, arms, and other body parts, heart attack if you have a heart condition, injuries due to a fall such as concussion, and all other possible injuries.

1. You must act responsibly and sensibly at all times.

2. You must not participate if you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol, prescription drugs, or any other drugs.

3. You must follow any safety warnings or instructions displayed or given to you by a member of staff, even if you are unclear.

4. We cannot express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate. You must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating.

5. You are responsible for playing and using equipment safely.

6. You must behave sensibly and follow any safety instructions so as not to hurt or injure yourself or others.

7. The use of our facility, machinery, equipment, any other equipment, furnitures, etc. is entirely at your own risk.

Participation in Badminton and other fitness, exercise, strength and related activity at the Roketto centre is entirely at your risk.

Copyright And Intellectual Property

We own or licence all copyright and other intellectual property rights in all materials used in the Online Services and all rights are reserved. You may only use, print or copy parts of this Website or information provided to you via the Online Services for personal (non-commercial) use. Any other use of the contents contained within this Website or information provided to you via the Online Services (including providing such information to any third party) is prohibited without our prior written permission. None of such content or any part of it may be reproduced in any other media.

Security

We do not guarantee that files or programs executed and/or downloaded from this Website or provided via the Online Services are free from viruses and other unauthorised or malicious code or corruption that could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software. We are not liable for any such damage or interference you may suffer in connection with use of the Online Services. You assume the risk and liability that may arise from using the Online Services and third party websites. We cannot ensure the security of any information you send to us via the Internet during its transmission. Accordingly, any information you transmit in this manner will be sent at your own risk. We recommend that you do not provide us with confidential information via the Online Services unless you accept the risk that the information may be lost, corrupted, or disclosed to third parties during its transmission. We may terminate or restrict your access to any of our Online Services at any time without notice. We may modify, suspend or cancel any of the Online Services at any time.

Use Of Our Facilities

Cleanliness of our centre

No eating is allowed on the courts and please use bins provided (all off court) for the disposal of rubbish.
Please leave the courts clean and tidy for the next set of players to use and enjoy.

Respecting our neighbours

There are neighbouring businesses that are operating please be respectful with noise levels in the parking lots and while driving on the main street or parking on the streets.

Parking

There is plenty of parking in the property but it is shared with the occupants of the first floor office space during office hours (9:00am - 5:00pm on Mon - Fri). Please park and fill the bays closer to the street and work your way towards the building, this will allow the occupants of the first floor to park closer to the building.

Time on court

You are allowed to start 5 mins before your booked time slots if the court is empty.
Please finish playing with a few minutes to spare and clear the courts to allow the next set of players to start their session on time for their booking.
If there are no players who are waiting for the court (court is not booked) when your booked time has ended, you are allowed 5 extra minutes to wrap up play and clean up.
If you wish to play further you will need to book the court online or go to the service counter and book the court and pay for it.

Access

The centres main entrance doors will be open during our operating hours. Please refer to our website at roketto.com.au for our operating hours.
Our centre has security monitoring, including CCTV. Any unauthorised access will be reported to police.

Court Bookings / Rentals

All court usage must be booked and paid for before play begins, except for Roketto team training sessions and other special events.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact Roketto Badminton via [email protected] for any help if you having challenges with cancelations, etc.
A minimum of 48 hours cancelation notice is required to cancel any bookings. You can cancel bookings online if it is more than 48 hours away and a full credit into your account will be provided.
Once the 48 hour notice window has passed you will not be able to cancel your bookings and no credits will be given. This policy is in place as we need at least 48 hours to resell a canceled court.

Court Bookings

Roketto reserves the right to: Make price changes without notice. Cancel any booking at short notice. (The Centre will contact you and re-assign a different time or give a credit into your account if deemed appropriate). Re-assign a court other than the court which has been booked specifically online or otherwise.
Pre-payment is required for all permanent and casual bookings.
Roketto does not take responsibility for booking conflicts. Pre-paid bookings take precedence over any booking claim. It is the client’s responsibility to provide evidence of any booking claim. Where the Centre is found to be in error, it will do its utmost to rectify the situation. However, please note that Roketto reserves the right to cancel any booking at short notice.
The use of our bookings system is for individual use only and is not re-saleable.
Extending your booking is not free of charge. Please book any extra time you would like to play online or contact us to make the booking for you.
Using an extra court or courts is not free of charge. If you use extra courts you will be charged at the casual user rate for the time that you are playing.
Permanent bookings are allowed for a maximum of 1 year ahead time period and a minimum of 3 months ahead. Permanent bookings will be charged on a weekly basis for the week ahead for all the courts booked by the individual or group.
Cancellation policies apply to casual and permanent bookings.
Roketto members will have a discount over the casual booking rate. Please see our website for pricing details. Roketto reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Online booking payments can be made using credit cards or Visa / MasterCard labeled debit cards. Cash payments can only be accepted if you are a walk-in customer who books a court at the service counter.
Payment for a court(s) must be made at the time of booking. Only permanent booking customers with a credit/debit card on file can be setup for a weekly billing cycle for courts booked for the week ahead.

Equipment Rental

You can rent racquets at the Roketto facility.

You must pay for all rental equipment at the time of checking out the equipment.
You must return the equipment back in its original condition.
You will be charged for broken and unreturned equipment at the price of the equivalent new equipment as we will need to replace the equipment.
If you break a string while using a rental racquet, we will give you a replacement racquet at no extra charge so you can continue to enjoy playing. Roketto will replace the broken string of the rental racquet at its own cost.
